PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SOFTWARE.
This is legally binding Contract between you and Company Guard GmbH., A Company duly organized and existing under the LAWS of the Austrian Republic, Registered in the Commercial register maintained by the Municipal court in Vienna in Obdacher Bundesstrasse 40, 3511, Austria. By assenting electronically, or using this Software you accept all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not continue with any Purchase from our website and delete or destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.

This Agreement accompanies certain software ( including any upgrades or updates thereto as provided by Company Guard, the "Software") and related explanatory written materials.
1. License
Company Guard grants to you a non-exclusive license to use the Software and the Documentation for the agreed term indicated in applicable transaction materials made available to you at the time you purchase the Software (the "Service Period"), provided that you agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
2. Permitted Use of the Software
You may use the Software on one computer only indicated in the Licenses You purchased (the "Numbers Of Licenses"). The Software must be used exclusively by you or members of your Company. You may also make one backup copy of the Software in case you want to Format or Reinstall your Windows Operating System. Moving, Copying your Software copy to another computer will defenatly never works and it will cause your License to be destroyed automatically by the Software itself using Self License Destroying Technology and you will not be able anymore to use the Software. If you need reactivation during your License Period please contact activation@company-guard.com.
